About the event
Join me Sunday March 30 at 10:30 am to learn and practice self defense strategies and techniques. We will work on grip breaks, choke escapes, a throw, and situational awareness. NEW PRICING! Attend for $20 or bring a friend and you get to train for free. Comment with your friend's name when you RSVP. (Friend must attend and participate for your class fee to be waived.)
